 This is the design for my digi pack cover, What the Digi Pack Cover Describes This cover represents a state of being alive but mentally unreachable. The human figure stands upright, yet the head is replaced with a tangled mass of chaotic lines — symbolising overwhelming thoughts, emotional numbness, anxiety, and mental noise. The body exists, but the mind is trapped in confusion. The surrounding darkness suggests isolation and disconnection from the world, while the blurred edges imply fading awareness, like consciousness slowly slipping away. The title “COMA” does not represent physical unconsciousness alone, but an emotional coma: a state where a person is functioning externally while internally shut down, unable to feel, react, or escape their own thoughts.   Creative Critical Reflection My media products include the music video for Numb Little Bug , the COMA digi-pack, and the supporting social media promotion. All three products were created around the central idea of mental health, emotional numbness, and internal struggle. Throughout the production process, I aimed to create a consistent concept that represents real experiences of young people while also building a recognisable brand identity. My research into existing media products and audience expectations helped shape how my work represents social groups, engages audiences, and both follows and challenges music video conventions. My products represent social groups and issues mainly through the portrayal of youth mental health and emotional struggle.  After releasing the music video and the album promotion posts, I also created a  thank you post  to appreciate the audience’s support for my project  COMA .  post (press here) This post was meant to show gratitude to the people who followed the project from the beginning. In the caption, I thanked the audience for supporting COMA from the first concept photos to the final music video , highlighting the journey of the project. I also mentioned that the project was about expressing emotions that are often difficult to explain, which connects with the overall theme of mental struggle and overthinking. Creating this post helps build a stronger connection with the audience and gives a sense of closure to the promotional campaign.

 As part of promoting my project, I also created an  official merchandise release post  for the  COMA  Digi-Pack. In this post, I announced that the album is officially available, similar to how artists promote their albums after release.  Post (press here)  The post includes the phrase ' The COMA Digi-Pack is finally here'  and ' Available now'  to clearly communicate that the album has been released. I also mentioned what the audience can explore in the album, such as the album CD, photobook, and photo cards , which are elements commonly included in K-pop style album packaging. This helps make the promotion feel more realistic and professional while also reinforcing the branding of my project and highlighting the title track 'Numb Little Bug.' And I eddited this on Canva

 To announce the release of my music video, I created a post featuring an image from the video with the title  “Numb Little Bug.” Post (press here)  This post acts as the official announcement that the music video has been released. The image shows a moment from the music video where the character appears tired and overwhelmed while sitting in front of a laptop, which reflects the theme of overthinking and mental exhaustion shown in the project. By using a still image from the music video, it gives the audience a glimpse of the visuals and emotions presented in the video while clearly informing them that the official music video is now released. This helps promote the final product and encourages the audience to watch the full music video.

 For this post, I put my MV teaser post (press here) Before releasing the official announcement of the release of my music video, I uploaded a teaser for my track “Numb Little Bug.” The teaser gives a short preview of the visuals and atmosphere of the music video without revealing the full story. It includes quick glimpses of the setting, emotions, and mood of the video, hinting at the theme of feeling overwhelmed by thoughts and emotional numbness. This teaser helps build curiosity and anticipation for the full release. Using a teaser is also a common promotional strategy used in the music industry, especially in K-pop promotions, to engage the audience before the official music video is released.

For the Next three posts, I put my tracks after I announced the track list to give a sneak peek of the melody  For my mini album COMA , I created three tracks titled “Numb Little Bug,” “Awake,” and “Silence.” Each track represents a different emotional state connected to the theme of mental struggle and overthinking. The first track, “Numb Little Bug,” represents the feeling of being overwhelmed by thoughts and emotions until everything starts to feel numb. It reflects the experience of overthinking and feeling trapped inside your own mind. The second track, “Awake,” represents the moment of realization, when someone becomes more aware of their emotions and mental state.  social media A short post like “Me?” makes the audience pause and wonder what it means, and sparks curiosity in the audience. It acts as a transition between the concept photos and the album cover reveal and the official release announcement. I made this post on Canva with this as the original picture. I took this, removed the background, and turned one into black and the other colored.  The image of the same person staring at each other, one in colour and one in black and white, visually represents identity confusion and emotional contrast, which connects to the themes of overthinking and numbness in the project. This helps build curiosity and makes the social media rollout feel like a progression, leading the audience from the visual mood of the concept photos to the full reveal of the  COMA  album.

 I wanted to showcase the concept Photos for my Album in the other post  Social media page  (press this) Before revealing more about the main album, I decided to release three concept photo versions to hint at the emotional journey behind the  1st Mini Album ‘COMA’ . Each version represents a different state connected to the theme of numbness and mental disconnection. Numb Ver.  - Uses cooler tones to create a distant and emotionally detached atmosphere, representing the feeling of being numb and disconnected. Dream Ver.  - Uses slightly yellowish tones to create a softer and hazy mood, symbolising the feeling of drifting between thoughts, almost like being in a dream-like state. Awake Ver.  -Uses warmer tones and more natural styling to represent moments of awareness or clarity, contrasting the other two emotional states.  This is my introduction post for my social media page. post  (press this) For my first post, I used a simple animated style drawing of a person’s outline with scribbles around the head on a black background. I chose this design because it visually represents the feeling of overwhelming thoughts. The scribbles around the head symbolise overthinking and the chaos that can happen inside someone’s mind when their thoughts start getting louder and harder to control. I also decided to use an illustrated/animated style instead of a real photo because it makes the idea feel more universal. It is not meant to represent one specific person, but rather the feeling that many people experience when dealing with mental struggles. The dark background helps emphasise the heaviness and numbness that connects to the theme of COMA .
